Refunds and Returns Policy

REFUND POLICY

Please note that we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase (cooling off period) as there is no pressure to buy (in terms of the Protection Act), so we ask that you please choose your items carefully. However if the goods are received faulty (DOA), we will meet our obligations under the manufacturer warrentee, the applicable laws and as per insurance arrangements. However, if accounts are cancelled within two weeks of the first payment a full refund will be given if no items was taken into possession by the buyer. 

Should the wrong item(s) be shipped, we will correct the warehouse mistake at our cost, granted the original item(s) shipped is still sealed and in the original packaging. Alternatively at client discression should the item be similar we might be willing to provide a partial refund (as a matter of fairness) should you want to keep the item(s) to ensure you are compensated for the pricing shortfall that may be applicable between the items .

We regret that no refunds may be provided on digital codes or vouchers.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Should the item be in original packaging and in good form we will accept exhanges for incompatable items (swap-out for wrong hardware) and broken hardware (DOA replacements). The decision is at our discression to either exchange or refund in full, should a replacement not be found. Please refer to the Refunds Section for more information.
